FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – October 5, 2015- Commercial Burglar Identified

Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office have obtained arrest warrants on Daniel Griswold, age 48 of Huntsville, Alabama in reference to multiple Commercial Burglaries. Investigators obtained six warrants for Griswold in reference to the following Commercial Burglaries: China Café, Hazel Green, Alabama; Mangia Italian, Hazel Green, Alabama; El Mariachi, Hazel Green, Alabama; B and B Auto Parts, New Market, Alabama; and Riverton Nursery, New Market, Alabama. Griswold is currently incarcerated in Corinth, Mississippi. This investigation is an ongoing investigation and more charges may be added at a later date.

Griswold’s arrest warrants were based upon Probable Cause and he should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
