FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – November 10, 2015

Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office arrested Krystal Guthrie, 30 year old female of Hazel Green, Alabama and Franklin Guthrie, 41 year old male of Hazel Green, Alabama for Aggravated Child Abuse of Krystal’s minor child. Investigators were notified of this incident by Alabama Department of Human Resources and immediately opened an investigation into the incident. 

Mr. and Mrs. Guthrie’s arrest were based upon Probable Cause and he should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
