2 Arrested on Breaking and Entering

Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Tyleik Armani Trice, black male, born in 1998, was arrested today and booked into the Madison County Jail for three counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering with a total bond of $7,500. The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking Terrell Martez Price Jr., black male, born in 1998 for Burglary 2nd and several counts of Unlawful Breaking and Entering. All property that has been recovered and the victims have been notified.  At approximately 0100 hours the Madison County Sheriff’s Office 3rd shift Deputies were patrolling the area of Douglas and Indian Creek Rd in Huntsville, Alabama. They observed a suspicious subject on foot in the area. The Deputy attempted to make contact at which time the subject fled on foot. While canvasing the area, the Deputy observed a suspicious vehicle leaving a neighborhood off of Pebblestone Subdivision. He attempted to stop the vehicle at which time it failed to yield and a short vehicle pursuit ensued. The pursuit terminated in the area of Oakwood Rd.  The subject occupying the vehicle fled on foot. The vehicle was reported stolen through Huntsville Police Department. Deputies remained in the area of the initial contact of the first subject and continued to canvas the area in attempt to locate any other possible suspects. Two subjects were observed attempting to get a ride from this area. Upon approaching the subjects they also fled on foot. Deputies pursued subjects into a wooded area. A lone Deputy encountered them in this wooded area and was able to take one subject into custody. The other continued to flee on foot. The subject detained discarded a large grey backpack that contained several guns and packaging which appeared to be used to deposit money. That subject was transported to CID and interviewed. Multiple victims notified the Sheriff’s Office that they were victims of Burglary and Unlawful Breaking and Entering into Vehicles.

Tyleik Armani Trice was arrested on probable cause by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and is presumed innocent until determined otherwise by the judicial system.
