Overnight our patrol supervisor was notified that Limestone County had been notified that the stolen vehicle from their county had been located in South Strabane Pennsylvania and that the driver was deceased after an officer involved shooting with Pennsylvania Troopers. Our Investigator assigned to the US Marshal Fugitive Task Force communicated with Pennsylvania Troopers and through identifiable information and possession of his personal identification they confirmed the subject  was Steven Brooks who had earlier eluded Law Enforcement in Madison County Alabama.    

The originating agency also released this statement "Pinellas Park Police can confirm that homicide suspect Siddeeq Ma'Shooq  (Steven Brooks) was located overnight in a stolen truck in Washington County,  Pennsylvania.  We understand that Ma'Shooq led law enforcement on a pursuit,  that ended in an officer involved shooting.  Further details of what occurred  in PA will be released by the Pennsylvania State Police around 12pm. Sometime this afternoon Pinellas Park PD will release what additional  information we can in our investigation to bring some closure to the investigation  and to the victim's family. Released by Sgt.
